This website belongs to Bait Al Fakhama — BAIT AL FAKHAMA LADIES SALON L.L.C, Dubai DET licence no. 1451389. This policy explains what data we collect and what we do with it.
What we collect
Your name, phone (WhatsApp) number and email if you give it, your booking details (service, time, extras, therapist), and any message or special request you send us.
How we use it
To confirm and remind you of your booking, send your receipt, answer your questions and requests, and follow up after your session. We do not send you offers or advertising without your consent, and you can stop them at any time by replying "STOP".
WhatsApp, Instagram & Messenger
We message you on WhatsApp (WhatsApp Business by Meta). If you message us on Instagram or Messenger, your message reaches us through Meta and may be answered by our AI assistant "Jouri" together with our team.
Payments
Online payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store them.
Booking confirmations and receipts by email are sent through Brevo.
Analytics & advertising
We use Google Analytics and Google Ads to understand where visitors come from and how our ads perform, and Microsoft Clarity to see how people use the website (heatmaps and anonymised page recordings). Clarity masks anything you type into forms and does not run on payment or account pages. These tools use cookies.
Who sees your data
Only our team, and the companies above within the service they provide to us. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
We keep booking data while you are our guest and afterwards for the period the law requires for invoices.
Deleting your data
You can ask us to delete your data at any time: message us on WhatsApp 0588618217 with "Delete my data" and the phone number or email you booked with. We verify the request comes from you, delete your data and messages within 30 days, and send you a confirmation. Invoices the law requires us to keep are retained only for the legal period and used for nothing else.
